Our Approach

Predictive and forecasting models, sentiment analysis, data platforms and pipelines, and executive analytics for regulated environments.

Data Engineering and Pipelines

+
-

We build ETL and ELT pipelines that pull from core banking systems, registries, mobile money platforms and field collection tools into one governed warehouse. Change data capture reads database logs rather than locking production tables, so consolidation never slows the source system. Pipelines are versioned, monitored and re-runnable, and failed batches are quarantined for inspection instead of being silently dropped.

Sentiment and Text Analytics

+
-

We turn citizen feedback, contact centre transcripts, survey free-text and social media into structured sentiment and theme data. Models are tuned for local languages and code-switching rather than assuming standard English, and every output carries a confidence score so analysts can see where the model was uncertain. Results feed dashboards that track shifts in public opinion, service satisfaction and emerging complaints over time.

Predictive and Forecasting Models

+
-

We build forecasting models for demand, revenue, caseload, stock and turnout, and classification models for churn, default and risk. Each model ships with a documented baseline, a backtest against historical data and monitored accuracy thresholds. Predictions are exposed through APIs so they land inside the operational workflow - a queue, a dashboard, an approval screen - rather than sitting in a notebook.

Executive Analytics and BI

+
-

We design KPI frameworks with the people who will be measured against them, then build governed dashboards with drill-down from board summary to source record. Statutory and funder reporting runs on a schedule with every figure traceable to the transactions behind it. Access is role-based, so the same platform serves the board, management and operational teams without exposing what each should not see.

Data Warehousing and Modelling

+
-

We model the warehouse around how the organisation actually reports: dimensional schemas for analytical queries, and slowly changing dimensions where history has to be preserved for audit. Tables are partitioned and indexed for the queries the business runs daily, and historical loads are reproducible so a restated figure can always be explained.

Data Governance and Quality

+
-

We put quality rules, lineage tracking and retention policies around the data before it becomes a compliance problem. Every field has an owner, every dataset a documented source and every transformation a traceable path from raw ingest to published figure. Access controls and residency arrangements are built to satisfy national data protection law and funder requirements
